CCLW1 Wilder Stable Lantern

$0.00

This CCLW1 Wilder Stable Lantern is made right here in our Cape Cod workshop and derives it’s name from it’s original intended location. It was used in livery stables from the late 1700’s to mid-1800’s. A wall mounted lantern, it hung between the archways of the stalls. It’s triangular shape has more than simply a decorative function. It enables the light to fall on both sides. The original Stable Lantern was three feet high, and burned first oil, then later kerosene. It is pictured here in Dark Antique Brass, and will weather to a natural patina. It accommodates one medium base light bulb.
Truly a conversation piece!

Debbie/Craig,

I wanted to let you know we opened up almost all of the lights this weekend at the house. There are about five boxes we have not opened. There hasn’t been any breakage. YEA!!!!

The lights are beautiful. They will fit in the house perfectly.

Debbie thank you for all of your help in helping me making the right decisions.

I love the color of the dark brass. I am so excited to see them installed this week.

When we were opening the boxes it was like opening Christmas presents. We had an audience when opening them and one of the women called them the jewelry of the house.
Thank You!!!!
