CCLW1 Wilder Stable Lantern
$969.50
This CCLW1 Wilder Stable Lantern is made right here in our Cape Cod workshop and derives it’s name from it’s original intended location. It was used in livery stables from the late 1700’s to mid-1800’s. A wall mounted lantern, it hung between the archways of the stalls. It’s triangular shape has more than simply a decorative function. It enables the light to fall on both sides. The original Stable Lantern was three feet high, and burned first oil, then later kerosene. It is pictured here in Dark Antique Brass, and will weather to a natural patina. It accommodates one medium base light bulb.
Truly a conversation piece!

Hi Debbie:
We are just home from Norway, and the lights are unpacked-- perfect, gorgeous, and we are almost afraid to install them for fear of someone damaging them! But we will! Our neighbors and guests will be quite impressed. Thanks again for your efforts, time and consideration.
